Added options, and changed name from 'Let Shields Block Ranged Attacks' to 'Reasonable Gameplay Options':
Throwing overhaul that Lets DV Dodge Throwing Weapons.
Lose food effects when famished rather than hungry.
Tinkering-skill based max item mods.
Mod relics with lower mod cap.
Let Your Own Personal Relics only name items if would grant or can't grant effects.
Fixes:
Made blocking with natural shields such as goat horns refer to the "shield" by name.

Fix minor description details.
Add script tag to steam page.
Add check if ranged block doesn't work, which it should.
Add option to show nonplayer melee blocking in message log, rather than just the floating text.
Ran preview image through an image compressor, making the mod at least 2x smaller.
