- Actually make the Khasakhail require horses (whoops)

Note that the Wajih, despite being a horse archer, doesn't - as it replaces the Crossbowman, adding a strategic resource to the core ranged line would be too big of a balance shift. I'll think about whether to address this in future and would appreciate feedback
