-Removed toggle button from the main time compression toolbar. Relocated to the Periscope/UZO/Binocular views.

-Made toggle buttons moveable via right-click and drag.

-Added right-click to disc center knob as an alternative to quickly close the disc.

-Only left-clicks will move the disc and its pointers. Previously, either mouse button would move them.

-Fixed a typo on one of the textures. Changed some fonts. Other misc. texture tweaks.

-Disabled some unnecessary debug messages.
