Some minor nerfs to Bell of Tío

Fix TP support.... again. (Submitting anything in the second column resulted in faulty execution, where it submitted in the first column instead.)
Also removed some debug logging

ACTUALLY fix the ring cycle bug.

TP update: allow ring commands to be queued up

Fix ring cycle transformation sometimes being 0

Fixed bug where submitting an incorrect input didn't properly reset your position in the grid, causing an exception
