added compatability info to info.ini

minor changes for towed array

changed m242/mk38 (25mm Bushamster) location and behavior. added two 50bmgs behind bridge, only visual thogh. (I could make them fire, but then the chaff button would slip behind the emcon and weapon free/tight buttons.

changed STIR to SPG62 model. The now bigger dish represents the radar performance better. Added Mk242 behind the bridge (25mm Bushmaster). Changed Values for different AI behavior. Enemies now shoot double the missiles at you (if they can and you are alone). Changed visual RAM Model, looks better now.

replaced Harpoon launchers with proper mk141 canisters

updated mk41 vls with animated version from nuclearstonks NTU Mod

added 40mm on both sides, modeled after a single DARDO 40mm CWIS.

changed harpoon salvo launch interval to 1.5 and mk13 warmup time to 3s
