Minor code fix

— Small code change that makes dropped backpack (via bind/action) not hover over the ground;
— Fixed condition to not show "Drop Backpack" ace action if wearing none

- Fixed code where it would be possible to make the mod stop working
- Fixed "drop backpack" action so it does not gets below ground level on certains terrains

Mod was completly broken since last update

- Fixed bikey not updated on last upload

- Minor fix that prevents dropped backpack (via bind) to get inside another container / ground weapon holder;
- Added ACE Interaction "Drop Pack" action.
