Changed the name that is displayed for the Construction Office asset to "Small Construction Office (3 gravel, fuel)". And added screenshot showing the CO with skins.

Changed the vehicle repair building so that it has 2 vehicles stations and 2 parking, rather than 1 and 3. This should fix the problem where vehicles on lines couldn't use the building to be repaired, as they appear to need to access a free vehicle station not a parking space.

Rduced the length of some of the parking areas in front of the buildings.
