- Now actions affecting shock damage from arm pain (parameter "Players.ArmsPainShockDamageActions") can be configured through base classes.
- The chance of receiving a deep wound from melee attacks by players has been halved.
- Changed the effect of limb pain on movement speed: it now has a much smaller impact. However, fractures/bullet wounds/internal bleeding significantly increase this effect.
- Now fractures, bullet wounds, and internal bleeding affect the pain blur effect.

- Added the ability to customize the text and animation of actions for custom medicine.
- If a limb with a deep wound takes damage, there is a 30% chance that the duration of the deep wound will be increased by 5 minutes, but not beyond the maximum duration. If the wound was bandaged, the effectiveness of the bandage will be lost, and it will start to allow blood to seep through.
- Fixed the sequence of limb widget display in the pain system.
- Now actions affecting shock damage from arm pain (parameter "Players.ArmsPainShockDamageActions") can be configured through base classes.
