- further tuned down default rolls a notch while making Uncommon and Rare straight upgrades instead of having the mins of the next tier lower than the max's of the previous tier. Trying to balance getting too OP of drops on Commander but still staying competitve on Captain. Admiral is still gonna be hard regardless, if you want to play that I would recommend bumping values back up probably by 0.1 on everything.
- Increased chance of item being rare a tiny bit

I have spent what is honestly way too much time trying to solve the railgun ammo problem by various means, and have yet to come up with a solution. From what I can tell the game will just flat out not spawn any ammo at all unless a railgun is a world spawn in the current level. And even then spawns are not guaranteed to drop. I do not know why this is, from what I can tell the randomizer is supposed to check whether a gun is a world spawn *or* you have it in your inventory when placing ammo, but even you have it in your inventory no ammo packs spawn. And as RandomizerSpawnChance seems to have no effect even you boost it to stupid high values like 90 unless a railgun is a world spawn, I've altered a few other things to hopefully mitigate this a little
- bumped up the Railgun spawn chance to 20
-raised AmmoRailgunMedium spawn chance to 30 so that when the railgun does world spawn you're more likely to be able to stock up on ammo
- added AmmoRailgunMedium and AmmoRailgunSmall to the ItemChest item pool to have a chance to find some when you open a chest
- Increased the AmmoRailgunMedium size from 3 to 5, to bypass a check that prevents the randomizerMaxPickupAmount CVAR from being able to add extra rounds to drops that do spawn

Forgot to add change reducing RANDOMIZER_WEAPON_MAX from 8 to 6. Been testing this and it still feels like a good amount of spawns, especially when factoring in additional enemy drops, while further reducing chances of two guns spawning on top of each other

Tuning down all the default rolls by .05 so things should be a little less OP in the early game, while still giving good stuff for mid and late game

Now that I know the game *can* spawn railgun ammo I'm experimenting with values that *will* spawn ammo. 10/15% was too low, I wasn't seeing any. 20/25% wasn't yielding anything either in my testing, but I have yet to test 30/35% and don't want to push an update with those values yet. In the meantime, 20/25% is technically better I guess

Scanned through and copied changes to RandomizerHandler.zsc and WeaponTrait.zsc from new update that should fix Railgun ammo problems, but have not tested myself yet

e: tested, Slug Generator works, the game now *can* spawn railgun ammo but unless i boost it to what i feel like are unreasonably high chance levels they are still very rare. Not sure if there's an additional limiter on it somewhere, but you still should see some.

Bumped "Refunder" trait to possible 100% max proc chance. Didn't before because it's labelled test trait so I didn't think it worked, but I just got it on a gun in game!

Lowered RANDOMIZER_WEAPON_MAX from 10 to 8. Hopefully reduces chances of guns spawning on top of each other in small levels.

Updated CVARINFO to hopefully set the recommended stat ranges by default
