fixed cortex hp bar not going away at ending
added crush damage on ex 2 platforms
increased damage to stage 1/stage 2 water

clipped first hold at stage 1/stage 3
nerfed uka uka and cortex health
added clipping on uka uka boss fight
fixed zombie detection trigger on stage 1
