Okay - Removed Critical Hits from AOE on Single Target + AOE bolts
Because dead of night exists
Those bolts should all be able to deal single target crits, but no crits on splash.
If it still turns out to be too strong, I may lock out bonus weapon effects from AOE as well, and replace all the splash damage with fixed values rather than scalars.
