Fixed Extraction production amounts to be what I actually set them to. Apparently there's a minimum stack number that will override the amount if it's higher than what's set.

Beefed up the Cyberpunk Pike. Range is now 4m instead of 3m, attack cone size is 150 instead of 80 degrees, and hits will now stun for 2 sec.
