Massive changes, even more commands consdensed into a single, easily navigateable wheel. Older users of the mod will have to redo their keybind.

Added a new advanced commands menu allowing even more functionality.
Fixed Follow, GoTo, and Heal commands not being able to select human players as destination targets.
Allowed Wait and Warp commands to specify a player as a destination target.

Commands that cancel out wait orders no longer cancel out the entire group when only one bot is supposed to be affected.
All users can now use the bot vocalizer if they are not the host (and if they have the mod ofc)
