Reworked "custom" commands from the ground up to support bot selection

Replaced the center ItemCommand command with BotSelect.
Fixed some missing sounds.
Added a cancel wait function before the wait here function so bots can move from one wait location to another.

Changed the carry command to a deploy command, since the carry command is automatically triggered with the use command.
