- fixed a invicibility bug on a particular jump from 3rd to 2nd floor
- when on last step of the ee dead teammates will now respawn inside of the arena
- when a teammate connects to a game midway will now spawn in.
- Reduced the time the Message: "This wall can only be destroyed with pack-a-punched weapons" displays on screen to only .5 seconds

I think i fixed a bug where if a player connected mid-game they could not be bought back with quick revive
(i did not)

- Optimised Thunderbird's ability to work better
- changed some of the waypoints

-Fixed glitch where player could get stuck between the beast mode ritual and the wall

-Fixed some visual bugs in the underwater area

built the map for all languages
