The devs messed up the clan government branching coding, so it barely created any branches, resulting in way too many house members. I fixed it and improved the cadet branching decisions. Now, branching isn't random; it's based on character and capability. No more nobodies founding their own houses. There will be less branching overall, but clans will divide if their empire or kingdom collapses.
