Added: Script to replace starting buildings with modded buildings. If you only have this mod there might still be a dead building floating around tho

Now the Western desert, and the more arid parts of Egypt get access to Libu camps and centres to train either Chargers+Skirmishers or Shieldbearers and Archers.
