- Sectors.yaml Alphalan VI position hotfix from RE2 - issue affected any new games started between Build 36 and now

- I did not disable high scores as RE2 did in this build, but I increased the cache time from 3 mins to 5

- Extend detection range of Pentaxid asteroids (and some ice and prometheum asteroids) to 6km, and in more space sectors
- Allow HV Cannon, Missile, and Plasma turrets on SVs
- Warp Drives: Slight range boosts to CV T2 LY and SV T1 AU ranges
- Allow searching Alphalan/Betalan/Deltalan on galaxy map (still not allowing outsiders to warp to them)
- Double cost for Heat Exchanger recipe but quadruple output count; greatly reduce Palladium cost

- SV/HV CPU Extenders: Boost CPU by 25-50% (RE2 nerfed early/mid-game SV combat too hard)
- Add Ice Melt recipe to Furnace

- Sync updates from RE2v1.13 Build 35

- Increase basic CV Warp Drive range from 30 -> 40LY

This should help a lot in the early game with the reduced star count

- Move Alphalan 5LY up and Deltalan (some of the random start systems) 10LY up, move 25 stars from M32 Outer to Solitude

This should help reduce the chance that the Deltalan random starts end up extremely difficult to leave due to no nearby stars within 30LY (thus necessitating you to either loot Platinum and Zascosium from Zirax, or unlock a Solaris-AMP trader and deconstruct Improved Plasma Turbines until you have enough for the Advanced Warp Drive upgrade

- Make Sienna starter slightly bigger (size 2 -> 3)
