Full rewrite for Repentance+.
Added the ability to enable/disable the mod's effect for each type of machine/beggar, and added Shell Games to the enable-by-default list.
Raised the default volume of the buzzer sound to make it more audible on the average user's sfx/music volume ratio.

Performance improvements

Fixed Soul Stone stuff, you know the drill. Should also fix a crash from the last version with Blank Card.
