- Major code changes:
1) UpgradeComp now doesn't have "holder" field, use "parent.holder" or "Mech" instead
2) CompProperties_AbilityWithCooldown was replaced with CompProperties_AICastableAbility that provides more options to tweak ai behavior
3) Hediff_ShieldBoost was replaced with HediffComp_ShieldBoost for easier value changing
4) UpgradeCompReloadable.Reload now use different values
5) upgrades generation should work faster
6) UpgradeRestriction now can apply commonality factor to upgrade
7) UpgradeComp_Turret added
- Added: Mini-burner for smaller mechs
