Forge Lords can evolve into Verminlord Corruptors. Warpseep might be more fitting but they already have warp engineers for Ruin spells. And they "corrupt" dwarfs tech, kind of?

Enabled the quests for Skreech and Thanquol for Clan Skurvy.

All of Skaven Clans' factions can recruit Skreech and Thanquol through quests. (The quests will appear in the first few turns)

Patch for Clan Gnaw.
Overseers become Deceivers
Windspeakers become Warpseers

The Lesser Plague Lords can no longer be Verminlord. The Feesik faction is just too "pathetic" to be worth a blessing from the Horned Rat and these lords are so weak that the verminlord is just too big of an upgrade.
