Judgement has new bipod model
Judgement grip slot removed,
Judgement magazine refill uses ranger high cal.
Judgement Now spawns with Judgement Bipod.

Attempted fix for Bipod Model

New Bipod Model, Fixed Some Visual Issues, Renamed Gun and attachments to "Judgment"

Increase Durability on Cheytac M200 Gun by 33.33%
Increased amount of Metal Scrap for repair from 7 to 8
Decreased Range to 300m on par with Max Server Gun Distance.
Removed Durability Loss on M200 Suppressor
M200 Suppressor Is now exclusively only usable on Cheytac M200

-New gun sound!
-Changed the positioning of tactical slot.
-Fixed the scope issues (resized it, also fixed the zoom).
-Tweaked the drop rates of attachments.
-Tweaked the stats of some of the attachments.
