Added the FAS2 shells to the SMGs and made a couple misc. balancing changes

Added the SMGs with the full feature set the rest have except the custom shells, i'll do them later on.

Added FAS2 shells and shell sounds and applied them to most of the guns. Sadly some of them already had fucked up shell eject angles and idk how or where to go to fix them.

Fully overhauled the guns adding range and range dropoff values to them and many qol changes.

Improvement pass, tweaked some recoil values to make the guns feel more realistic.

Weapons overhaul including changes to all VMPos and recoil of all guns, including some rebalancing and many other QOL and improvement of quality changes.

Improved first person model positioning and ironsights of all handguns except the TT-33.

Added suppressed sounds for the XM21 and fixed up some ironsight FOVs to be more realistic.

30/30 weapons now finished!

18/30 now fully rebalanced and modified to my tastes
