-Basically done character apart from damage balence

Please add feedback on him so he can be further improved

-Move names may not be jab now
-Added like 2 moves (maybe)
-Kifed and Diageo velocities changed
+Knifed now goes foreward a little bit and launches upward

+Gonna need to balance everything on this
