-removed vslib. (fuck vslib) i made my own cfg. it might still make chinese characters so please use notepad++.
- whatever settings u have enabled will appear on ur console.

- Added the ability to remove Common Mob Spawning during Tank fights in the cfg.
- Changed the folder where the cfg resides, it is now: "ShouldAllowWithTank Fix". Delete the old folder.

- Added an option to turn on/off the script during Finales. Default option is set to ON.

- Added ShouldAllowMobsWithTank variable.
Horde can spawn while the Tank is active.
- Updated the variable of ShouldAllowSpecialsWithTank to be more aggressive and assert itself more to prevent conflicts of other mods.
