Added a Steam login button to the login screen and made it so when you login from Steam it takes you to the regular login page.

Added some res's from Nurglings client as people who use Nurgling and then this client seem to get FileNotFound exceptions on some of these res's. Not entirely sure why as these res's aren't being called anywhere in my client. Probably some weird caching issue or something. Regardless having them in locally prevents it.

Fix crash in Music Window. Test some minimap changes.

Hopefully fixed an issue where sometimes unhiding trees and such wouldn't actually display them.

Fixed a crash on the checkpoint manager as the file pathing was for the regular non-Steam client. Made it work in both.
