It usually doesn't matter for java games, but I'm on Linux. Is there a specific java version I need? I have most of the major ones installed from playing Minecraft, but not all.
There are a few different ways to add alarms for animals. One is the default client Loftar way where you open the icon settings (think default bind is Alt + J) then you can just find the animals, turn notification on, and set an alarm.
There's also a way specific to my client where you can open the Alarm Manager in the Menugrid under Xtensions, On/Off, Alarm Manager (or just Shift + Alt + A which can be rebound in keybind settings). Then you just add the res path for the animal (there should be default ones listed) and you can choose an alarm from the list.
