GENERAL
- When warping between pipes as a head, there is now a 10f delay between the moment you come in and the second you come out.

NSPECIAL: Scrapbomb & Trashbag Bomb
- Trashbag Bomb now explodes on impact, much like the Scrapbomb.
This change is sure to put the trashbag on the picture, since now it can be used as an actual charged kill projectile and not just an easily avoidable trap.

- New alternate visuals for scrapbombs on certain alts.

Down Special - Pipeline
- Livesparks (electric stunning ghost balls) now use up a single usage of the pipeline when summoned.

DSpecial: Pipeline
- Fixed bug where it would not allow overlap with other people's articles.
- Pipe's mask hurtboxes have been extended downwards slightly. This allows Live Sparks to be shot out of a connected pipe if a Twenny uses UStrong on Air Armada and touches a pipe on one of the top platforms.

FSpecial: Sewer Spinner
- Retuned scrap bomb velocity when hit by FSpecial multihits to improve consistency
- Removed pratfall
- Has cooldown of 30f when used in the air, until touching the ground.

USpecial: Eject
- You can now Air Dodge a few frames after being ejected.

HSpecial: Scrap Scoop / Acid Pummel
- Launcher hit angle 45 -> 90
- Launcher hit kb scaling 0.6 -> 0.9
Now a proper kill move.

UStrong
- Hitboxes increased in size, particularly the final hit.
- UStrong rising hit BKB 12-4 => 12-2
- UStrong multihits now pull opponents through platforms
- Fixed UStrong final hit SFX
