Minecraft Nametag u1.1

No more ConVars draw the nametags with just a cick of a box (thier still here if you wana use them)
Set a custom nametag color - client side other players wont see the new color
Set a custom name for a NPC - client side other players wont see the new name

Adjusted text border height to be the same size as the text.
Changed height to be closer to the head

(for those who really wants to use them)
mcnametag_player_client <1-0> - disables the player name-tags client side.
mcnametag_npc_client <1-0> - disables the npc name-tags client side.
<1-0> = 1 for true and 0 for false.
mcnametag_text_color <255 255 255> - change 255, 255, 255 to desired color like 255 127 223
mcnametag_custom_npc_name <newname> - give it a name, any name pick a name
