Final changes. Deconstructor and fabricator can be operated only when Thalamus is fed.

Fixed lower jaw disappearing.
Made a 'meat lung' - stuns everyone outside with a press of a button at Navigational Terminal. Makes Thalamus hungry, can be used up to three consecutive times when Thalamus is fully fed until it is completely hungry. Can not be used when Thalamus is completely hungry.

Various adjustments to the mouth. After the update the lower jaw will disappear due to changes in game's rendering. Trying to find solution to this problem.
Added chewing sounds for the mouth.
Made double coilgun work. It will now operate only if the thalamus is fed enough.
Various fixes.
