* Added missing hitbox types on all of Ananzi's moves that lacks it

FTilt:
+ Startup time decreased: 10 -> 5

DTilt:
* Extended the sweetspot hitbox length to close the gap beside the sourspot

FSpecial (Ground):
+ Hit 1 and Hit 2 hitboxes base knockback changed:
8 -> 9.
This makes it easier to connect the hits if your opponenet doesn't DI.
+ Hit 3's knockback scaling changed .6 -> .9

FSpecial (Air):
* Base hitpause increased: 5 -> 10
++ Makes it easier for Ananzi to time her jumpcancel upon hit
