Grow a spear while holding a baby centipede.

Added the ability for Saint to ascend baby centipedes by holding Eat while holding it (like batflies), which kills them.

Fixes bug where holding a dead centipede in the left (0) hand and a live one in the right (1) hand makes the slugcat eat the dead centipede instead of kill the right.

Adjusted plugin code to only run at a full stomach.
