Added Real Life F1 Designers from the 2000s. I tried to scale their skills according to their career.

Increased Budget of all teams and season rewards for all teams to balance the development of the overall lineup throughout the seasons (aim is to have strong AI oponents...)

Added Point System (removed "Fastest Lap". Adjusted the Sesaon Bonus for the teams.
