Dang it, the update failed again. Here's the actual update.

Added different lines for different types of damage.

Whoops, this actually was the update for the previous changelog. Sorry about that!

Text fade added, text now fades after new lines of dialogue.

This added the CVars, so that anybody can enable or disable the addon, as well as its categories.
It also changed some hook names that weren't unique. So, instead of "HelloWorld", you would have "PST Init."
