Made changes to the Green Flu's base stats and Transmissions and Symptoms tab.

Base Stats:
• Increased cure requirement
• Increased base effectiveness in various environments

Transmissions:
• Retains original structure but replaced various Transmissions
• Each Transmission path now improves infectivity in particular environments

Symptoms:
• Spread out zombie conversion rate across multiple symptoms instead of just one
• All Zombie Symptoms now either (1) increase zombie conversion rate or (2) increase combat effectiveness
