Added a fix for item duplication when certain items drop from damaged trunks

Added an update that allows suspension, and tires to suffer wear and tear while driving. This is a vanilla feature that was not working in multiplayer. This has been corrected.

Quick fix that accounts for unsupported code, removed of duplicated extended mileage folder

Added compatibility sub mod for TksRVA3

Fixed a naming error on the sub mod that might have created a bit of confusion
