Attempt to fix a bug when settings which are set with "grq-rate" command are not getting applied when host start a new game session.

Bugfix: Default value of sonar range is now 10000 instead of 6000
This mod is now compatible with mods which provide upgrades for sonar range.

Significant rework of mod functionality. Release of version 2.0.0
Plasma cutter is now always required to deattach ores. Method to apply extra speed bonus to a talent "Miner" has been changed. New commands were added:
- grq-picking
- grq-deattach
- grq-glow
- grq-scannable
Tested in multiplayer.

Small bug with mechanic talent description has been fixed.

Bonus of Mechanic talent "Miner" for swimming speed has been decreased from +25% to +15%.

Tested this mod with my friends. No issues found. Ready for public release.

Hopefully it was a last bugfix and last steam description fix :)
