Adding the NER prefix for new rooms from the Not Enough Rooms mod

-Added support for the Ipecac Community Mod
-The ID is now displayed correctly.

-Added a new tab to the Mod Config Menu (Prefixes)
-Bug fix

Fixed a issue with incorrect prefix NER (Not Enough Rooms)

Added several prefixes, which will be displayed if the custom room is listed by the mods below:
FF - Fiend Folio.
NER - Not Enough Rooms.
RTB - Retribution.

The list will expand (maybe).

-Added display of room weight and difficulty.
-Weight and difficulty should work with StageAPI.
