Actually updated the mod this time to shorten the name in the Faction Selector

Shortened Name in Faction Selector

Added Winter Camo Variant of Rebel Faction. Sadly none of the vehicles had a specific Winter Camo for them so had to stick to the Temperate Camo.

Added submod support for a Firewill Norwegian F16 Reskin

Removed repeating MAAWS ammo in the War Level unlock. (I like to copy and paste :3)

Forgot to include Vehicle Attributes file.
