Balance and integration update:
- Ripped sheets consumption is now changed (from 3 -> 4);
- Increased Water consumption for the recipes (3 -> 10 for Makeshift var and 1 -> 5 for WD40 var);
- Increased Strong Alcohol consumption for the Makeshift recipe (from 1 -> 5);
- Added need for having pliers if you use The Workshop mod;
- Swapped skill requirement (from Aiming = 4 -> Maintenance = 4);
- Integrated compatability for strong alcohol added by Sapph's Cooking [41.78+] , Snake's LeGourmetRevolution and Biochemistry of Life mods.

Hopefully it came out more balanced this time, but still convinient enough.
