Updated to latest game version

Changed all players to now have the white rank on their shoulders (finally figured it out).

Changed the camera for the Warthog, Gauss Warthog, and the Prowler to the one featured in H3 ODST.
Allowed you to be able to sit on the sides of prowlers while in solo.
Added new hud popup for when getting on the side of a Scorpion (This was overly complicated to do).

Actually fixed female marines.
Changed the multiplayer chief in cutscenes to normal chief while i figure out how to get the odst into the cutscenes.

Changed female marines animations back to default.(Faces became contorted with new animations.)
Edited the aim assist and bullet magnetism for the Battle Rifle, Carbine, Sniper Rifle, and the Beam Rifle.
(This should help with shooting at longer ranges since you can't use the scope).
