-Removed Metrocop Helmet from spawning regularly.

-Recompiled the Combine Soldier, Elite, and Prison Guard to have bodygroups on regardless of how they are spawned.

-Removed part of the script that did what was mentioned earlier

-Added Prison Guard
-Added Optional Zombine Addon
-Added a script to try and replace map spawned NPCs as well, please test :D

-Added Elite Replacement
-Fixed certain accessories clipping through armor
