Loc Fixes

- Fixed a fringe bug where the Legion could get softlocked in the incorrect mode if unequipping the Killerbow trinket and using either of his free action attacks.

-Changed champ nightmare mash to be the same as vet
-Changed summon to only summon 1 Legion (was 2)

- Ferocity now problem says it inflicts 10 stress, not 5

-Changed devilaxe sfx

- Devil Axe now ignores riposte at all levels
- Nightmare Legion's Devil Axe now ignores riposte at both Veteran and Champion difficulty

This change was made to prevent further bugs from happening when the backfire effect triggers against a target that has riposte active.
