Update
If ACE3 + CBA Enabled:

• Any MANPAD or AA weapon cannot fire without locking the Aircraft (Made after ACE3 update that broke targeting system). Thanks JackTheViper for making a script for me!
  
• Fully changed ATGM and AA system if using ACE3 (Now Igla cannot do 360 turn and destroy F-22 4 clicks away)
  
• All RHS Statics now have correct mass / weight
  
• Added Strela-2 and Redeye MANPADS

- Actually added RPG fix. Now boys, rally up and give all the MBT's some hell!
- Added ATGM Brdm fix (Firing pod will not hide while moving, it will lock and look only frontally)
