Changed things up quite a bit.

Probably don't need to make this thread less than a week after the first upload, but I did lmao.

  • added the the Research Me First! mod project as a pre-requisite for A New World Ordered.

    NOTE: If you don't have the mod installed this does literally nothing to and/or for you. it's only designed as a 1-stop shop if there are multiple mods with short research techs that are once global to prevent AI access, so they don't accidentally snap one of the research projects up while you're researching another one.

  • Buffed A New World Ordered project Boost rewards to 1.5 (enough to build a T1 Core or a module)

  • Maybe? Allowed Platform Cores and Automated Platform Cores to upgrade to T1 Integrated Cores

  • Tier 1 Integrated Core project now requires Platform Core project to be researched in addition to its other requirements

  • Tier 2 Integrated Core project now requires Tier 2 Radio project in addition to its other requirements

  • Tier 3 Integrated Core project now requires Tier 2 Radio project in addition to its other requirements

  • In the future (not now), Tier 1-3 Integrated Cores may require a Radio Center, Broadcast Center, and an as-yet non-existent Tier 3 radio module respectively to be physically present somewhere/anywhere (no more than 1, but at least 1) in the solar system before they can be built (like the Helium miner does for certain Drives now).

Minor tweak because coding discoveries

Transport Dock, Orbital Transport Dock, and Orbital Docking Complex now give +1, +3, and +5 Boost per month in Income. Previously they had negative Boost maintenance which amounted to the same thing.

Edited for legibility and better understanding of what they were intended, by my understanding, to do by the original mod author.

Double Checked the Tier 3 Modules and the Transport/Mining Docks remain 1 per Hab. But apparently I had missed taking the 1 per hab token off of the Orbital City. That oversight has been fixed.

  • Noteable Change: In the original Space Industry mod, the Tier 3 modules were 1 per Core. All but the Transport/Mining Dock Modules should have that yoinked out.


    THIS should be the final version for the foreseeable future.

Finally think I got all the little technical things sorted out. Tier 3 should be Embiggened sufficiently, and there shouldn't be any problems loading the mod. Barring any major things that need fixing (Say, a random Tier 3 module or something got missed and it's still tiny because I should really learn to back up what I'm doing and not accidentally overwrite it) this will probably be about all I do for a while.
