ok now you can have your super changes

- Super cost increased for Wild Assault, Tyrant Rave, Dragon Install, and Heavy Mob Cemetery by 1 each
- Slightly reduced Heavy Mob's damage
- If Heavy Mob grabs an opponent's block, the hit is treated as if it is mid-combo
- Increased Grand Flame's hitstun

Fixes for Heavy Mob Cemetery:
- Made it 4 frames slower so it's not god's strongest command grab
- Removed the ability to whiff cancel
- Fixed niche cases of the camera not being reset out of the move

i forgot to turn off whiff cancel from ending dragon install

- Added Heavy Mob Cemetery
- Resprited Tyrant Rave
- Dragon Install now uses a slider to select the song
- Revamped fire fx
- Volcanic Viper consumes an air option
- Detonate no longer moves backward, and launches more inward
- Buffed the throws a little bit
