Added missing vmt file: swamp_shrubwall01

FPS update: completely overhauled the models to exclude the branches that aren't part of the collision model
Additional notes:
-Fixed the leaf sprites still showing up
-Fixed some branches that were still visible in Cold Stream
-All trees are now static because the effect that makes the branches move look very uncanny without leaves
