- Fixed problem with veterancy buttons turning transparent on mouse highlight in the deck builder.
- Fixed misalignment of game speed buttons in games with high player counts.

- Underline on unit labels no longer changes color on selection. This is a very subtle change to compensate for the fact that the underline is drawn over the label on the container layer. When you selected a label it would turn a dark color before, and make it obvious the HP bar was partially covered. I eventually want 4 sided borders like Wargame labels, but modders don't have access to modify the label itself only the container and font. If I add a 4 sided border to the container, then it would dynamically expand whenever the aiming circle appears.
