-added and updated some exclusions.

- removed sidearm as allowed weapon; too many issues with perks and animations. Sorry, I really wanted them to work.

- added some exclusions

- removed Clutchshot perk since Gunslinger has it
- added Killer Flow perk in place of Clutchshot
- removed some restrictions that were hopefully not needed. ;)
- excluded some some secondary and tertiary pistol and sidearm specs
