Fixed top docking hatch logic (Wasn't opening when docked)

Added duct to storage room, fixed water routing issues in cargo bay, fixed bot pathing (hopefully) on lounge upper hatch.

Set "Display Linked" on medical cabinet to show in the medical fabricator UI

Added power lines to the main diving cabinets.

Recalculated bot navigation
Wired duct in moonpool to open when upper section is flooded.

Fixed engine deterioration (Hitbox in water)
Added power lines to status monitors
Fixed blinking pulse laser loader

Added nuclear power output requirement to the pulse laser.

Wired the electrical discharge coils with IFF detection.
